Healthy Diet
We are what we eat, internally and externally. Take the healthy and avoid the unhealthy. Internally, we want to have food rich of antioxidants, minerals and vitamins. Berries, especially blueberries, are rich in antioxidants. Kakadu plums have the highest natural content of vitamin C and are considered superfruit. Check out our Ingredients page for more details. Externally, use Quens Facial Serum or other nutritious cream/lotion, avoid direct sunlight between 10am and 2pm when the UV radiation is the strongest. A lot of Make-ups have heavy metals and long-term use without careful cleaning can cause serious damage to skin.
Ample Water
Ample Water rids your body of toxic materials and waste, keeps you healthy and helps your skin look full and smooth. How much water is enough? We need to drink minimum 0.5oz/lb body weight daily to be healthy. For example, if you weigh 140 pounds, you need to drink at least 70 oz water a day; this is a little more than 4 bottles of water (16.9oz/bottle). Externally, Quens Facial Serum serves as an excellent moisturizer to your skin and keep your skin hydrated.
Regular Exercise
Three times a week and 30 minutes each time is the minimum regular exercise suggested for overall health. Regular exercise helps your skin breath. Breathing is the most important metabolism process for health, including the skin’s health. A gentle daily massage (1 or 2 minutes) while applying Quens Facial Serum (or your other favorite cream) on your face and neck improves the blood circulation and keeps your skin smooth and glowing. 1 or 2 minutes is very little to ask but a little goes a long way when you are persistent.
Positive Attitude
Your state of mind affects your body and your appearance. What happens around you is not important, the most important is your attitude. A positive attitude will attract positive things happening in your life, no matter what stage you are in now.
